      Homeowner Association Information
  • In 2016, Homeowner Dues for Estates at Fairfax will be assessed quarterly at $211.00 per home with an additional fee of $131.00 for pipestem homes. Assessments are due on or before January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.
  • Trash is scheduled to be picked up on Tuesdays and Fridays.
  • Recyclables are scheduled for pickup on Tuesdays.
  • Yard debris are scheduled for pickup on Wednesdays between March 1 and December 31.

   Architectural Review Board
    This board is comprised of three members who shall help regulate the external design and appearance of the properties and any upgrades/improvements to the property.

    The original exterior paint for our community is manufactured by McCormick. It is the "Colonial Color Collection."
   HOA Documents: Yard debris is scheduled to be picked up on Wednesdays from the first week of March to the end of December. Items that are not acceptable yard debris collection are mulch, dirt, rock, and sod. Yard debris is required to be bagged in clear plastic bags or brown paper bags. Clear plastic bags are available from Costco.

   For Pet Owners:
    Please remember to clean up after your pet when walking through the neighborhood. Fairfax County Code requires the owner of any pet to be responsible for the removal of waste deposited by the pet on the property of another owner or common areas. Thank you for your consideration.
